NimbleMyth
Terms

Website terms of use

Effective 19 October 2026

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the NimbleMyth website at nimblemyth.ca and its pages (the “site”). The site is run by Yvan Boily, an independent developer in British Columbia, Canada, as NimbleMyth. “We” and “us” mean Yvan and NimbleMyth.

The games are separate. Downdraft, Puck & Glory, Vector Trackz and our other games each have their own terms of use, which apply when you play them or download them from a store. These website terms do not cover playing a game, buying anything in one, or sharing things from inside one. Stores such as Google Play, Microsoft Store and Steam also have their own terms for what you get from them.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the site

The site is free to read. You may browse it, link to it, and share its pages. Please do not:

  • break the law, or use the site to harm anyone;
  • try to disrupt it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or get around its security, except as part of a good-faith report to us at support@nimblemyth.ca;
  • scrape it at a rate that slows it for others, or use it to train a service that copies our work without asking;
  • pretend to be us, or suggest that we endorse you, your site or your product.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, without notice. We may block anyone who breaks these terms.

Our content

The site’s text, artwork, screenshots, gameplay clips, logos, names (including NimbleMyth, Downdraft, Puck & Glory and Vector Trackz) and design belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Some pieces carry their own credits or licences, which the page says. Other games, clubs and brands mentioned on the site belong to their owners; we are not connected to them unless a page says we are.

You may share a page, and quote or show a screenshot or clip to review, report on or talk about our games, with credit and a link. For anything beyond that, such as reusing our art or clips in your own product, ask us first.

Accuracy of the information

We try to keep the site correct, but it is a small studio’s site and we do not promise it is complete or current. Release months, platforms, features and prices are plans and may move or change. A page describing a game is not a promise that the game will ship, or ship on a given platform.

The site links to other places, such as Discord, GitHub and the app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you follow a link.

Our community runs on a Discord server. Discord’s terms and community guidelines apply there, along with any rules posted on the server. We may remove posts and members that break them.

What you send us

If you email us or send feedback about the site, you keep the rights to what you wrote. You allow us to read it, keep it, and use your ideas and comments to improve the site and our games, without paying you. Please do not send anything confidential, or anything you do not have the right to share. How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code, and to the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on what it says, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have under British Columbia or Canadian consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new effective date at the top, and applies from then. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes about the site go to the courts of British Columbia, which you and we both accept, except where mandatory law lets you bring a claim elsewhere. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
